When spring and summer arrive, families get together for those Family Reunions. Everybody either chips in for a catered event or they have pot luck and everyone brings a dish. Either way, the food is delicious and the memories flow as everyone laughs and talks about the years before.
Fourth of July celebrations are so exciting! There are camping trips planned around the day. There are cookouts and parties planned or we head to local parks and stadiums to see the sky light up in bright colors with lots of bang, crack and pop to go along. That colorful show doesn't start till after dark though, so we have the whole day to find entertainment and fun.

Father’s Day is the day that we honor our fathers. He is there for us no matter what, no matter when and albeit with a stern look, it is always with a loving heart. We don’t always let our parents know how much we appreciate them, but dad probably gets less appreciation of all...
